Branch Lobby Update

We hope you are enjoying the beginning of summer and are staying safe and healthy during this pandemic. Beginning Monday, June 22nd, our Totowa and Elmwood Park branches will return to regular business hours.

As the pandemic is still in effect, we continue to encourage you to use the drive-thru if accompanied by a large group or small children, as only members conducting business will be allowed into the branch. Social distancing is required, a limited number of teller windows will be open, and a limited number of members are allowed to enter the lobby at any given time.

 

Totowa and Elmwood Park lobby hours

Newark lobby hours:

Monday – Thursday8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday9:00 am – 1:00 pm

 

All drive-Thru hours will maintain the same hours:

Elmwood Park drive-thru hours:

Here are additional precautions you can expect:

  •  All members are required to wear face coverings to gain entrance into all North Jersey FCU lobbies.
  • Social distancing will be enforced, as members are required to stand 6-feet apart while waiting for service.
  • We will be limiting the number of members allowed per branch at one time. Once the capacity has been reached, members will be asked to wait outside until space becomes available. Only those conducting banking business will be allowed into the credit union.
  • All branches excluding Newark Branch will have a separate entrance and exit doorway to prevent member contact.
  • Plexiglass has been installed at teller windows and MSR stations in every branch to protect our members and employees better.
  • Each branch will be thoroughly cleaned to ensure surfaces are clean and sanitized for your safety.
  • The Totowa branch back entrance will remain locked to control member traffic.
  • Minimum teller windows will be open with controlled traffic and signage.
  • Public restrooms will also be closed.
  • Use of our Drive-thru services to limit public contact.

During branch hours, you are encouraged to use our Drive-thru services to limit public contact. Most transactions also can be managed through our mobile app, our online banking, or by phone by calling our call center at 973-785-9200.
