NJFCU is here to help you buy your next home, or refinance your existing one. Contact an agent in the Lending Department at any time for assistance.
You may apply as an individual or with a co-borrower.
The following application methods are available:
- With a paper application.
- A digital application for existing members with online banking (you must log in through and use a browser rather than the app).
- Non-members and members without online banking.
All loans are subject to credit approval and membership elligibility.

Paper application.
For paper applications:
- Print, sign, scan and then email your complete application and documents to [email protected].
- Call (973) 785-9200 to make an appointment with a loan officer and submit your application in person.
- You may bring a signed copy of your application to your local branch and leave it with an NJFCU representative.
Digital for members with online banking. You must use a browser (desktop or mobile) rather than the app. NJFCU representative.
Digital for members and non-members WITHOUT online banking.

If more than one person is applying for this loan, please fill out and print a ADDITIONAL BORROWER FORM for each individual on the loan application.
