2026 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election
Call for Nominations
All NJFCU Members are invited to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting on May 27,2026, at 5:00pm at our Totowa Branch located at 711 Union Boulevard, Totowa, New Jersey. The 2026 Nominating Committee has selected the following internal members: Barbara Tanis, Charles ‘Chuck’ Miller, and Yvonne Hellwig as NJFCU candidates for the 2026-2029 three-year term. Any member of the North Jersey Federal Credit Union who wishes to become a candidate for our Board of Directors can do so by filing a Nomination by Petition application.
A Nomination by Petition Application Form is attached to this Notice of Annual Elections. The completed Nomination by Petition form must be returned to the Nominations Committee no later than April 18, 2026. Completed forms may be submitted to Maggie Caceres, Executive Assistant of the NJFCU via email. Her email is: ([email protected]).
Acceptance of nomination by petition applications will close effective April 19, 2026. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual meeting in May.
