SIGN UP BONUS Qualifications
- The account must remain open for at least 6 months. If the account is closed prior to that, the $25 will be deducted from the closing balance.
- Each individual member is eligible for only ONE $25 sign up bonus.
* Must be eligible for membership. University Hospital employees are eligible for membership. Promotion may be discontinued at any time. $25 bonus will be reported to the IRS on a 1099-INT. Sign-up bonus is limited to a single account per new member. Offer expires on February 28th, 2025.

- Please be sure to bring two forms of identification: a Driver’s License or Passport, and a Debit or Credit Card.
- Additionally, bring your cell phone to access your camera for scanning the QR code provided to you. This will help you complete the application process.
