Welcome to the All-New
Member Experience at NJFCU

 July 11th, 2022

Dear Members,

We are beyond excited to announce the all-new “Member Experience” at North Jersey Federal Credit Union!

But first, we want to acknowledge the members of North Jersey FCU. It is your loyal membership that truly upholds the strength and continuous growth of our financial institution. We can’t thank you enough for your patience these past few months. Your kindness and understanding are greatly appreciated!

What does this member experience entail?

As of Monday (07/11), NJFCU will have upgraded to an entirely new Core-processing system, upgraded our ATM Cards & our Debit Card platform, and launched all-new digital banking platforms, including Telephone Account Processing (T.A.P.) a Personalized Online Banking Dashboard and a brand-new mobile app, “NJFCU Mobile“.

How might this upgrade impact me?

Please know that ATM cardholders have been notified about their new ATM cards. Online banking users must claim their online profile (see steps below). New Debit Cards will be issued upon card expiration. Mobile app users must update their apps and follow First Time Sign On.

Staff members of North Jersey FCU have tirelessly worked extended hours these past few months to support multiple system conversions that have taken place behind the scenes at each of our 3 branch locations. We ask that members remain patient with our staff, as we want to ensure a smooth transition for every member and will handle so in the order requests are received.

Below, you will find important instructions for accessing the all-new Digital Banking platforms.
