Marketing Clerk

 North Jersey Federal Credit Union has an opening for a Marketing Clerk in their Totowa, New Jersey headquarters.

  Job Summary:

To increase the acquisition of memberships and member awareness concerning Credit Union products and services. Conduct market research; analyzes factors such as: pricing, distribution and product performance. Support the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Assist in the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials. Provides statistical reports and recommendations to management and assists with the development plans for marketing.

 Essential Functions:

Assist the Marketing & Business Development Department with the completion of tactical marketing efforts; support member and business relationship programs; provide organizational and coordination support to Marketing & Business Development Department; develop promotional literature and messages; be the primary social media marketing coordinator for the credit union and maintain website content.

 REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate would be bi-lingual in English and Spanish and must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; be highly motivated, creative, enthusiastic and outgoing. Marketing experience preferred, specifically in a credit union or financial services organization. General understanding of the financial/credit union industry including compliance-related issues, preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Communications related field, preferred. PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign/Adobe design software or equivalent required.
